5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
Prices may change without prior notice.
The final invoice amount at checkout shall be considered binding.

6. Orders
VegRat reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject any order.
- Limit order quantities.
- Cancel suspected fraudulent orders.
- Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
- Cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors.
Customers will receive applicable refunds where eligible.

7. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is indicative only.
Delivery may be delayed due to:

8. Delivery Verification
Orders may require OTP verification, signature, photo confirmation or any other verification method.
Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because:
- Customer is unavailable
- Wrong address is provided
- Phone is unreachable
- Delivery is refused
VegRat may charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order without liability.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders involving fresh produce may not be cancellable once packing starts.
VegRat reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after processing.

Refund timelines depend upon banks and payment gateways.
Wallet refunds may be processed faster.

12. Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must generally be made within the specified period after delivery.
Replacement may be provided for:
- Wrong Item
- Damaged Product
- Expired Product
- Missing Item
- Quality Issues
Supporting photographs may be required.

13. Fresh Produce Disclaimer
Fresh fruits and vegetables are natural agricultural products.

- Abuse delivery personnel.
- Attempt payment fraud.

15. Wallet, Cashback & Offers
Promotional offers are subject to separate conditions.
Cashback:
- Cannot normally be converted into cash.
- May expire.
- May be revoked if obtained fraudulently.
VegRat reserves the right to modify promotional schemes at any time.

Accepted payment methods may include:

- Wallets

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

VegRat may remove reviews containing:
- False information
- Offensive language
- Defamation
